"I want my meat rare, rare but not cold."

Time for some R & R. Summer around the corner and then winter again.

Snakes are up and "running".

Started to feed the rattlers today. First feeding this year after hibernation.

More family members

The other egg hatched  today. The two eggs were found about a month after egglaying hidden behind a stone in the cage and then we put them in the incubator. They look a little "wrinkled" when they hatch and it takes about a week or so to get the normal shape.

Good thing today was a newly hatched Homopus areolatus.
A small South African tortoise.

Virkon

"I love the smell of Virkon in the morning... The smell, you know that Virkon smell... Smells like, victory"
Today our spring desinfection started for all our cages. NOT FUN.

Hatchling Beaded Lizards

What to start with? I start with some Beaded lizards that just came out of the eggs yesterday. Still some more to go.
